“Rocky Cove” and “Rocky Coast” will be sold as a pair. They were owned by Nora Havel Ritschel who continued to live in Ritschel’s "Castel a Mare", until she passed away in 1975. Their home was perched atop the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, on a site located just below the present-day Carmel Highlands Inn. A friendship grew, and Nora gifted this pair to Mrs. Robert James Ramsey, Sr. owner of the Highlands Inn.
