In 1949 Jo Mora Jr. sold the copyright to this map to the Curry Company, which included the original plates the black and white carte was printed from. These plates were never used and now appear to be lost. The Curry Company then decided to update the map further. The major change was to delete the Coulterville Road which meant changing the whole lower left of the map. This was done by another artist, because Jo died in 1947.
